1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

Once a product is delivered, downloaded, accessed, or activated, we cannot issue a refund. This applies to all software, templates, files, licenses, and any digital item purchased from us.
Why do we do this? Once a digital product reaches you, it cannot be taken back. There is no way to prove it was not copied, stored, or used. This is why refunds are not offered after delivery.
2. Exceptions Are Rare

- The file is completely unusable and we cannot fix it after repeated attempts.
- The wrong product was delivered due to a system error.
Even in these cases, we will first try to replace or repair the product. A refund is a last option and only applies if the issue cannot be solved.
3. What Does Not Qualify for a Refund
A refund will not be given for reasons such as:

- Incorrect purchase after download or delivery
- Inability to use the product due to device limitations
- Claiming non-delivery when the system shows successful delivery
If the product is delivered to the email, phone number, or account you provided during checkout, the sale is considered complete.
4. Delivery Issues
If you did not receive your product, contact us within 48 hours with your order number. We will resend the item after verifying your purchase. Requests sent after long delays may not be accepted.
5. Fraud Prevention
We take fraud seriously. Any attempt to access a product and request a refund will be denied. We may block accounts involved in suspicious activity for the safety of all our users.
